Welcome to Cannrise. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cannrise website, online store, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Our Website
You may use the Cannrise website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website.
- Access areas or information that you are not authorized to access.
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without permission.
- Use our website in a way that could damage Cannrise, our customers, or our services.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.
However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Cannrise reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products.
- Change product specifications.
- Correct errors in product descriptions or pricing.
- Limit product quantities where necessary.
- Refuse or cancel an order when an error or issue occurs.
If an order is cancelled because of an incorrect price or product information, any payment already made for that order will be refunded.
3. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when necessary.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
If information provided during checkout is incorrect or incomplete, this may result in shipping delays, delivery problems, or the package being returned.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Cannrise website are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed and shipped.
We use third-party payment providers and Shopify's payment infrastructure where applicable. Cannrise does not directly store complete payment card information.
If a payment cannot be processed, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are scheduled to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET are scheduled to ship the next business day.
Standard delivery across the continental United States generally takes 3–5 business days.
Tracking information will be provided by email when your parcel leaves our facility.
Shipping costs are free for orders over $65 within the continental United States. Orders below $65 are charged according to the applicable carrier shipping fee.
Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes are calculated at checkout before payment.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside Cannrise's control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Cannrise accepts eligible returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Returned products must generally be:
- Unused and unplanted.
- In the same condition in which they were received.
- In their original packaging.
- Complete with original parts, accessories, manuals, and materials.
Used, installed, planted, altered, or damaged products may not qualify for a standard return.
Customers must contact Cannrise Customer Support before sending a return. Approved returns will receive the applicable return instructions or shipping label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds generally take 5–7 business days after the return arrives, although banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.

7. Final Sale Products
Opened Coco Coir Grow Bags, including bags that have been opened or had the coir watered, are not eligible for return because they cannot be resold in that condition.
Products clearly identified as Final Sale or clearance items on their product page are also not eligible for return.
Other eligible products may generally be returned within the applicable 30-day return period.
8. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact Cannrise Customer Support as soon as possible.
We may request photographs of:
- The product.
- The damaged or defective area.
- The original product packaging.
- The shipping box and shipping label.
Please keep the product and its original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, Cannrise may provide a replacement, replacement parts, refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution.
9. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact Cannrise Customer Support as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
If an order has already shipped, you may need to receive the order and follow the applicable return procedure.
10. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Cannrise website, including text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Cannrise unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Cannrise website content without prior written permission.
11. User-Submitted Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content to Cannrise, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide that content.
By submitting content, you grant Cannrise permission to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.
Cannrise reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
12. Product Use and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using Cannrise products according to their intended purpose and any applicable product instructions.
Cannrise is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, improper handling, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow applicable product instructions.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and Shopify-related services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Cannrise is not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
14. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cannrise provides its website and services on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cannrise will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Cannrise may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to Cannrise and its operations, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
Where applicable law provides you with rights or protections that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
