What is the return policy?

Cannrise offers a 30-day return policy beginning on the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a standard return, the product should be unused, unplanted, in its original packaging, and complete with its original parts and materials.

Products that have been used, installed, planted, altered, or damaged after delivery generally do not qualify for a standard return. However, damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products may be eligible for another resolution, such as a replacement, replacement parts, refund, or store credit.

Are any purchases final sale?

Almost all products are eligible for return within 30 days, subject to the return policy.

There are two main exceptions:

Opened Coco Coir Grow Bags: Once the bag has been opened or the coir has been watered, it cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned as a standard return.

Clearance Items: Products clearly identified as final sale on their product page are not eligible for standard returns.

Other products, including plant ties, plant risers, coco coir, and spacers, are generally returnable within 30 days.

When will I get my order?

Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 2 PM ET ship the following business day.

After shipment, standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days across the continental US.

Tracking information is sent by email once your parcel leaves Cannrise.

If an order is delayed, Cannrise will notify you by email.

Where are your products manufactured?

Cannrise products are manufactured in different locations depending on the product line.

Anchor Rubber Plant Ties — Spain

The plant ties are made from UV-protected heavy-duty rubber.

Modular Plant Risers — Mexico

The risers are made from virgin, UV-stabilized polypropylene and are rated from −20°C to +80°C.

Coco Coir Grow Bags — Sri Lanka

The coco coir comes from coconut husks at the source. It is described as peat-free, pesticide-free, renewable, and compostable.

Cannrise also uses kraft cardboard packaging without plastic filler for its risers.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $65 receive free shipping within the continental United States.

For orders under $65, shipping is calculated based on the carrier fee.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes, the applicable shipping cost is calculated at checkout before payment.
