Shipping policy

Cannrise aims to process and ship orders promptly while keeping customers informed throughout the delivery process.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are scheduled to ship on the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET are scheduled to ship on the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days across the continental United States after the order is shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and other circumstances. During busy growing seasons, orders may occasionally experience delays.

If an order is running behind schedule, Cannrise will notify the customer by email rather than leaving the customer without an update.

Shipping Costs

Orders over $65 qualify for free shipping anywhere within the continental United States.

For orders under $65, shipping charges are based on the applicable carrier fee.

Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes are calculated at checkout before payment so that the customer can see the applicable shipping cost before completing the purchase.
